    When the opportunity rose for our group to venture into the catering industry, we took our chances and we developed the business in the ALSOUHAIL tradition of professionalism, class, and excellence. We recruited and employed a professional staff of food nutrionest, food production specialist, and a crew of catering professionals experienced enough to set the venture in course. The result was a warm , professional relation with our clients. No matter what was the services we were producing, our clients were always happy and returning for more. We categorized our catering services into 3 groups:

- INDUSTRIAL CATERING: We operate and produce services for camps located above 500 kms from Baghdad. We give our clients a full catering service of food, housekeeping, maintance..etc. that ensures their full attention and dedication to the job they are set to do. They find the comfort and warmth in the middle of dessert that resembles the comfort available in the city. We subcontracted catering jobs for some of the worlds most renowned catering companies, they include Albert Abella, and Sodexho.

    Our list of clients includes Lloyds Register, and Cotecna S.A, who were responsible for the operation of the United Nations oil for food program on Iraq's border entry points with Jordan, Syria, and Saudi Arabia.

- FOOD OUTLETS: by-blending our architectural and design ideas with our catering department we moved into food outlets business. Our first venture was the Avenue restaurant in Baghdad; opened in mid 1997 it soon became Baghdad's classiest and warmest restaurant. It soon became the foreign journalists hub in Baghdad were they met every day to wash away the long day work. The success and fame that was achieved in the Avenue, prompted us in 1999 to design, build, and operate the CASTELLO, by far most elegant and famous restaurant. The restaurant attracted wide press coverage from foreign journalists who were visiting Baghdad for the beautiful architecture and interior design it displays, as well as the fine dinning experiences it offered it's clients. The CASTELLO motto "Enjoy The Difference" was a well deserved and represented of the restaurant.

    Among other ventures, we operated food stands in AlMustansiriya University in Baghdad, food carts on the streets of Baghdad. Our outside catering for private parties and banquets became famous among Baghdad communities. Along with local clients, our list of clients included the Qatar Embassy, Moroccan Embassy, Austrian Embassy, Lebanon Embassy, Pakistan Embassy, India Embassy, FAO-Iraq, UNOCHI, UNHCR-Iraq, UNDP-Iraq, CNN, along with a long list of foreign diplomatic missions and companies in Iraq.
    We cooperated the Al.Madar Hotel in Baghdad. The hotel was on of the United Nations personnel favorite lodging places. Our occupancy rate was 100% yearlong.

- CATERING AND HOSPITALITY BUSINESS SETUP: The success and fame that we achieved in our operation prompted many individuals and institutions to seek our services in the design and setup in their ventures. By incorporating our Construction and Catering and Management skills we provided our clients with ideas and advice that ensured success. We associated with the Arabian Group of Lebanon, a company specialized in hospitality business hygiene, and Diversy Lever agents in Lebanon, we reconstructed the hygiene system to many of Baghdad's hotels, restaurants and Food production facilities.
